Finding the Site Version Number

Modified on Wed, 7 Aug, 2024 at 5:10 AM

Inkblot is frequently getting updated! To facilitate troubleshooting, our team will ask for the site version number, or mobile app version number, when you report a bug.

This let's our team pinpoint whether certain bugs are version specific, or if folks are on the wrong version entirely!

To find the site version number on desktop browsers:

1. If you are on your home feed, scroll to just past You May Like on the right hand side.
The site version number will be listed under this.

If you are experiencing issues on desktop, please attempt clearing your cache first after we've pushed out an update.

2. You can also scroll to the bottom of most other desktop pages and find the same information listed in the footer of the site.

To find the site version number for mobile apps:

1. This information, as with any app, can be found by going to your app store.

2. You can also find this information by checking going to your phone settings and checking individual apps for their version numbers.

If you are reporting issues on mobile devices, please double check that your app is updated to the latest version prior to reporting a bug.

Otherwise, please let us know how we can help!
